Chris, Franco, and Jonathan discuss Pixar-style marketing teasers before sharing one-minute reviews: Chris criticizes Netflix’s The Last House for unclear worldbuilding and logic, comments on the pacing and compression of the live-action Avatar: The Last Airbender, describes Solar Opposites as Rick and Morty–like but more violent with a recurring “shrunk humans” terrarium plot, and calls Outer Banks physically exhausting due to constant setbacks. Jonathan reports seeing the filmed Broadway musical Six in theaters and explains its premise and history. The hosts recap major Disney D23 announcements across Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, Disney Animation, and TV, including an MCU X-Men dated May 5, 2028; Avengers: Doomsday details; Star Wars: Starfighter for May 18, 2027; Vision Quest; and Ahsoka season two. They note the deaths of Hayden Panettiere, Dolly Parton, and Tim Curry, list upcoming home releases, review Pixar’s Hoppers (all score 85), and select Project Hail Mary for next episode.
